His work experience includes the Palme D'Or Restaurant with 2 Michelin stars at the famous Martinez Hotel on La Croisette, in Cannes, France. Daniel has won the hearts of many guests while working at luxury hotels on the Seychelles and the Bahamas.
Because of his vast experience and high authority among professional chefs, Daniel Egreteau was able to tutor at many branches of Le Cordon Bleu - a well known French Culinary Academy and to launch its branches in Tokyo and Seoul. Additionally, Daniel has brought up chef specialists in London and many South American countries.
Throughout his career, Daniel has worked as a private chef for His Highness Emir of Qatar, has demonstrated his culinary art at banquets and receptions for Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom, US presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, the invincible Fidel Castro, the president of Venezuela Hugo Chaves and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Not surprisingly, Daniel is a member of the Club des Chefs des Chefs - the Accociation of chefs for the heads of state.
